Permanent Makeup- by Charity

Wake up looking beautiful before you even brush your teeth! No worries when sweating, showering, or even swimming!

Permanent Makeup is the art and science of implanting color into your skin. It is putting the right color in the right place so you can look better naturally. It is a cosmetic invasive procedure that requires skill, experience and cooperation with your permanent makeup provider. You are an important part of the team. Permanent makeup makes it possible to look better around the clock and to be more confident. When you look better, you’ll feel better.

Permanent makeup results in enhanced features of the face such as Eyebrows (enhance shape, fill and color) Eyes (eyeliner),  lips (blended lip), Camouflage and Restoration (camouflage scars), Nipple and Areola Restoration after a mastectomy. by the use of colors.

Your eyebrows can look perfectly groomed and full at all times, even if you have over-plucked or have alopecia.  Your lips can look fuller and more luscious,  and you can wake up every morning with eyeliner already in place.  No need for a steady hand or magnifying mirrors.

Methods

Digital Machine

The digital machine is considered “state of the art” permanent makeup equipment. Digital machines are wonderful, for doing lip procedures, eyeliner, solid fill or softly shaded brows. The digital machine works well on all procedures and will also handle advanced procedures, such as areola and scar restoration.

Softap Method

The hand method utilizes a hand tool that is a technique where pigment is “tapped” into the skin using a small hand instrument.  Many people in the permanent makeup industry refer to this style as “Softap”. The correct term for this type of application is the “hand method”. This method gives you a beautiful, soft and natural brow.

 Microblading Method

In recent years, a variation of the hand method has been developed and is referred to as “microblading”. Microblading is a technique where very fine hair-like strokes are used, depositing cosmetic pigments that results in a realistic looking brow.

Long-Term Results

The initial and desired color results can last for many years or may begin to fade over time. It is recommended to have yearly touch ups and keep it looking vibrant.
