Meet Jenn Hyde
Our newest staff member at Premier Skin Clinic, Jenn Hyde, is an Aesthetic Registered Nurse with an extensive medical background.
Jenn earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Minnesota State University and brings over five years of diverse nursing experience to her role. Jenn began her career in renal specialties and cardiac critical care and continues to serve in the hospital’s Float Pool team, supporting a variety of departments including trauma-surgical, orthopedics, and cardiology.
Since jumping into the field of medical aesthetics in 2022, Jenn has pursued advanced training and ongoing education with nationally recognized experts and highly experienced mentors. She specializes in advanced injectables, full facial balancing, laser and radiofrequency treatments, and comprehensive skin rejuvenation. Known for her precision, gentle touch, and eye for harmony, Jenn takes pride in providing highly customized treatment plans designed to enhance each patient’s natural beauty.
We asked Jenn some questions to give clients some insight on our new nurse practitioner and as to why she is such a great addition to our team.
Q: What is your role at Premier Skin Clinic?
I’m an Aesthetic Registered Nurse specializing in advanced injectables, lasers, biostimulators, and more.
Q: When and how did you start working for Premier Skin Clinic?
I joined Premier Skin Clinic in October 2025 after meeting the incredible team of women who make this place what it is. They’re smart, driven, and deeply committed to patient care. It’s the kind of energy that I want to be a part of and I knew instantly this was where I wanted to be.

Q: What do you like best about your job?
What I love most about my job is the relationships I get to build with my patients, hearing their stories, building trust, and understanding their goals. I also love that this field is constantly evolving; there’s always something new to learn. Every day brings an opportunity to expand my knowledge and become a better provider for the people I care for.
Q: What product or service could you NOT live without?
Everyone in the clinic already knows I’m obsessed with microneedling, it’s one of my favorite treatments for boosting collagen, improving texture, and restoring that radiant, healthy glow. Bonus points if you add exosomes or PRP! Those bio-stimulating additions elevate the results even more by enhancing repair and regeneration at a cellular level.
Q: What are you most excited about in 2026? Any new skincare trends we should know about?
2026 is shaping up to be an exciting year for regenerative aesthetics, think biostimulators like Sculptra and Radiesse, exosomes, and skin-rejuvenating technologies that work with your body to rebuild collagen and restore youthful structure. I’m also excited to see the continued focus on natural, balanced results , where patients want to look like the best version of themselves, not a filtered version.
